The Advancement Office develops positive relationships with students, the campus community, individuals, alumni, the business and corporate sector as well as the Motlow College Foundation Trustees by providing the avenue to facilitate channeling of financial resources to enrich and empower Motlow's students.

- Endowment Campaign - Exciting things are happening at Motlow College in fund raising. The $5 million endowment campaign currently stands at $3 million in contributions and expressions of intent to give. Motlow is among only five percent of two-year institutions nationwide with endowments of $1 million or more. The Foundation continues the Presidential Scholarship Program which funds ten $2,200 scholarships annually to academic high achievers.
As a result of contributions made, 92 campus facilities as well as 95 auditorium seats have been named.
Golf tournaments continue to be an excellent source of revenue as well as the annual gala.
